TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times range anywhere from 7-90 business days.

*NOTE: Turn around times could be completed much sooner, depending on my current work load.

Revision Turnaround Time: 3-10 Business days depending on request. You will be notified if there is a significant delay to your project.

All proofs will be watermarked with the watermark being removed upon completion of design payment. Need a Quicker turnaround, Just ask.

ALL INFORMATION, IMAGES & PAYMENTS must be received before the process begins.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

All pricing at Jas-Creates. are subject to change at any time and will be effective immediately upon posting on the company website.

ALL services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

NO DESIGNS will be started without payment.

GRAPHIC & WEB DRAFTS

Draft images of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from Jas-Creates. All drafts works are the property of Jas-Creates.

IMAGES

Please have high quality images available (do not use cell phone images). Also, do not download images from the web unless they are from a reputable source i.e. Shutterstock, iStock, etc. or a company that allows free commercial usage of their images)

CONCEPTS

The concept is the most important phase of the entire process. Your design(s) will be based upon what you conveyed in your concept. To ensure that you receive the design that you anticipate, it is very important that you articulate your desired design with a description, colors desired, as well as any visual examples, i.e. images that you have viewed on-line or elsewhere that invoke what you are requesting. Please do not ask me to copy/replicate someone else's design.

Once completed, you (the client) gives Jas-Creates. the right to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise. 

REFUNDS

Jas-Creates. does not provide refunds for any series of projects unless agreed upon. Wanting to use another designer or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin and the final design will be returned to the client/customer in the turnaround time frame given. If you would like to cancel an order you already paid for and the design process has began (either deposit or full amount), Jas-Creates. WILL NOT refund any of the payment already received. You are paying for a custom project hence the *NON REFUNDABLE* clause. I will do everything to provide you with the best possible design according to the information you provide for the requested work.

REVISIONS

All designs receive THREE free revisions. After, you will have the option to pay an upcharge fee of $25 for 2 more revisions. You will be sent an invoice to pay these before the process will continue.

Jas-Creates. reserves the right to discontinue service if the client refuses to pay any up-charge. You will be given your design as is in .JPEG and .PNG format, and no further communication will be had. You will not be permitted to book with Jas-Creates. in the future.

COMMUNICATION

Jas-Creates. works consistently to get orders out. Please be advised there will be no contact once your order has been submitted or during the creation period of your design unless an issue arise. If you'd like to know the status of your order, simply send us an email and we'd be more than happy to provide an update.
