*NOTE: Turn around times could be completed much sooner, depending on my current work load.

You will receive your design in .JPEG, .PNG, .PDF and .SVG formats. You may also request .AI & .PSD formats for a up-charge.

You have 48 hours to fill out the form that will be sent via email. If you do not reply within 48 hours, your order will be closed.

Printing Services are offered for business cards, flyers, banners and other marketing items.

*NOTE: This will be an additional price outside of Design Fee.

Payments are submitted through the website ONLY! All services must be paid in full to book the time of service. This is to ensure that your order is in queue, noted and done on time.

Jas-Creates does not provide refunds for any series of projects unless agreed upon. Once payment has been made, the project will begin and the final design will be returned to the client/customer in the turnaround time frame given. If you would like to cancel an order you already paid for and the design process has began, Jas-Creates WILL NOT refund any of the payment already received.

1. You will receive an e-mail that will include a link and you will need to fill this form out within 48 hours of receiving the email.

2. After your form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The designing process will begin.

3. The next e-mail you receive will be your proof/or link to your proof (if it is a website). During that time you will request all changes you’d like made, and the changes will be made. If not, you will be sent the final copies.

4. If you requested changes, and you now like the design, once you confirm you will be sent the design in the specific formats that will be listed on the product page
